It shouldn't be so hard to find a great Chinese restaurant in Northwest Troy, but this is the one. Generous portions, authentic flavors, and reasonable prices make China Chef a sure thing. The service is prompt and no-nonsense. Note that the dining room is now open for self-service; there is no wait staff. All of the chicken dishes are excellent, and minor adjustments to the ingredients are acceptable. Our favorite for over ten years! ”
